I recently started taking Omega-3 pills, because I’ve read about good health benefits of Omega. Besides aiding me with fat loss I’ve noticed that my skin is much clearer and healthier from taking this supplement. I didn’t know about it too much, but had heard that there was benefit to it.
Overnight things started to happen. I used to get dry and itchy skin that had red rashed, almost like eczema, but not that bad, just itchy and annoying. I could easily get red around my eyes. The first day I took Omega supplements, the next day I woke up, it was literally pretty much healed and my skin was very smooth in many places it used to be dry. WOW… I was amazed what happened.
I then went online to read up more on these kinds of supplements and I found many benefits of Omega-3, not only did it help your heart, brain, skin, but it could also help A LOT with fat loss. Now I’m never going to skip a day on this supplement. Yes, there are only about 2 supplements I’m really serious about, Whey protein and now Omega-3’s.
I also started on a multi-vitamin just to get even more nutrients in my body, but I don’t think it’s needed if you have a good solid and balanced diet consisting of mainly vegetables, fruits, lean meats, fiber rich bread and healthy fats.
If you are not currently on an Omega-3 supplement I highly recommend a daily dose of at least 1 gram, but preferably 2-3 grams. It will help speed up fat loss, make you look significantly younger and has many many health benefits. The good part is that it is literally SUPER CHEAP!!!!
You can get a bottle of 100-200 pills of 1 gram for $10-$20! That will last you months at a time. Nothing could be easier and cheaper than Omega-3 supplements for optimal health! Go for it!
